Entry Statement and Letter of Commitment for Health and Safety Responsibility

1. I voluntarily register for the 2024 Dongchu Shantou Marathon (hereinafter referred to as the "Race") and provide authentic and effective information in accordance with the rules.

2. I agree to provide the Organizing Committee with authentic and valid identity documents and information to verify my identity.And agree to assume all responsibilities arising from false and invalid identity documents and information (including but not limited to refuse to participate in the competition and not returning themEntry fees, etc.).

3. I promise to register and participate in the competition in my own name.Comply with the relevant provisions of the Organizing Committee that race number can not be transferred to others.

4. I fully understand and agree to abide by the rules, regulations, requirements and measures formulated by the Organizing Committee.Commitment to know and strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the 2024 Dongchu Shantou Marathon "Competition Regulations" and "Registration Notice".Carefully fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of the participants, so as to achieve safe, civilized and fair competition.

5. I will strictly abide by the laws and regulations, Shantou's public security laws and regulations, and the relevant provisions of the event organization.Do not bring any prohibited items and liquids into the competition venue, and do not use transportation to complete the competition.

6. I promise that I have passed the formal state-certified medical institutions for physical examination and self-assessment in combination with the examination report.Confirm that ourself physical and mental condition can adapt to long-distance running and meet the requirements of participating in the competition.

7. I have been aware of the special health requirements and unsafe factors for participating in this competition.At the same time, the risks and accidents that may exist in the competition have been carefully assessed.

8. I am fully aware of the various risks that may exist in the marathon and the process of participating in the marathon (including but not limited to the risks that may arise from this event).The risk of personal injury or death or any form of loss) has been prepared for the competition.

9. I voluntarily assume the risks and responsibilities of my own accidents during the competition.And agree that the Organizing Committee shall not bear any form of compensation for personal accidents or other losses in any form not caused by the Organizing Committee Responsibility.

10. I agree that the Organizing Committee will insure personal accident insurance for me, and the specific contents have been known from the insurance instructions,and i accept.

11. I promise to strictly abide by the relevant anti-doping requirements of the competition and resolutely resist all acts of using doping.Consciously accept and cooperate with anti-doping inspection.

12. I agree to accept the on-site first-aid medical treatment (including AED treatment) provided by the Organizing Committee during the competition.The expenses beyond the insurance coverage of the Organizing Committee shall be borne by myself.

13. I will obey the command of the staff of the Organizing Committee, abide by the competition discipline and ensure the smooth progress of the competition.

14. I promise to deposit my personal belongings in the manner prescribed by the Organizing Committee.Any loss caused by failure to deposit according to the regulations shall be borne by me.

15. I promise not to urinate and defecate anywhere at the starting and ending points of the race and in the non-toilet areas along the route, and not to discard garbage at will.Work together to protect the environment.

16. I agree not to make, alter or cover the race number without permission.

17. I promise not to wear or wear clothing or equipment that may cause injuries or falls to other participants, and not to wear masks to participate in the competition;Do not wear clothing that may cause discomfort to competitors or spectators.

18. I promise not to wear clothes with political or religious slogans, patterns and slogans to participate in the competition.

19. I agree to wear the uniform provided by the Organizing Committee to participate in the competition.I promise not to wear clothing for the purpose of commercial brand promotion or with the logo of organizations and institutions without the permission of the Organizing Committee.

20. I agree that the Organizing Committee of the Competition and the designated media use my portrait, name, voice and other personal information,The organization and promotion of the competition.

21. Personal injury or death is caused by taking stimulants or other prohibited drugs in the course of competition.All legal liabilities and consequences arising therefrom (including but not limited to medical treatment expenses, loss of working time, disability compensation or compensation, deathDeath compensation, etc.) Shall be borne by the participants themselves.

22. I promise to voluntarily accept the collection of face information during the competition.It is used for identity verification during the race and identity check at the entrance and end of the race.

23. I promise that I and my family members have fully understood that the novel coronavirus and other viral infections have not been cured or recovered.Participate in the marathon and the possible risks in the process of participating in the marathon, and have completed the self-health assessment before the race.

24. I know that the catering services provided by all kinds of people spontaneously during the race are not under the management of the organizers of the race.As a result, the food poisoning, adverse reactions, physical discomfort, personal danger and other problems caused by this shall be borne by themselves.The Organizing Committee and the organizers will not assume any form of responsibility for this.

25. I promise to submit the Letter of Commitment for Health and Safety Responsibility signed by me before receiving the entries.

26. I promise not to suffer from diseases that are not suitable for sports, and to cooperate with the verification of the information during the competition.If you do not meet the health requirements or feel unwell during the competition,Volunteer to withdraw from the competition and cooperate with the medical staff to carry out follow-up examinations.
